Our Office Hours

Patients seen by appointment only. 

General office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Thur & 8:30am-2:00pm Friday. We do offer extended office hours on Tuesday and Thursday's until 5:45pm. Appointment hours vary by day.

Please let us know if you are ill or have an emergent need and our staff will get you an appointment as soon as possible!

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide our patients with the highest quality of medical services and pride ourselves on our exceptional medical team.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, we not only lose out on providing the care to you that you need, but also the potential medical care of other patients who may have been able to schedule their appointment during your appointment time.

For this reason Kare Health & Wellness is obligated to charge a $45 cancellation fee for any patient that fails to cancel their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time. We do understand that an emergency situation may arise, so the first missed appointment fee will be waived. The second missed appointment will require the $45 fee to be paid before any future appointments can be made. The third missed appointment will result in the termination of the patient and the medical services here at Kare Health and Wellness.
